After you register you will receive an email. Your membership is approved by the President once your payment has been confirmed. You can upload your certificates and choose your cooperative or group from your profile after you sign in.
Administrative records
One verified source of truth.
The administrative platform will maintain the complete membership register, share ledger, dues ledger, beneficiary records, attendance, votes, committee membership, project participation, documents and communication history—with exportable reports for authorised leadership.
Member record fields
Membership number, full name, gender, date of birth, contact details, state, LGA, occupation, disability or displacement status where voluntarily provided, next of kin, admission date, identity verification and membership category.
Financial and governance fields
Shares subscribed, shares paid, dues, contributions, transaction references, receipts, voting eligibility, meeting attendance, committee roles, project benefits and change history.
